You don't have to pound nails to be part of providing safe, affordable, and decent housing in DuPage County.
FNBC has generously offered to let us use their lower-level parking lot as Union Pacific's Big Boy No. 4014, the world's largest operating steam locomotive, stops in West Chicago on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. We will need volunteers to help run the parking lot. Tasks will include accepting payment, directing traffic, and sharing more about Habitat's mission.
We ask that you wear something with the Habitat for Humanity logo on it or we will provide a shirt/or safety vest for you.
We will need help from 8 am - 4 pm (or end of event). We are asking volunteers to commit to a 2-hour shift. Please click the link to sign up!
